FantasyCape uses AI to turn your photos into magical creations. Choose a Magic Studio, upload your photo, and create up to 5 free watermarked images. After the free creations are used, you can buy credits to unlock watermark-free images and continue creating.
What are Magic Studios?
Magic Studios are themed creative experiences. Each Studio creates a different kind of magical image or video, from fantasy portraits and cinematic scenes to pets, couples, families, sports looks, royal styles, and more.
Are Magic Studios products?
No. Magic Studios are creative experiences. The main products you purchase are image credits and video credits.
Are the first creations free?
Yes. First-time users can create up to 5 free watermarked images before buying credits.
Why do free creations have a watermark?
The watermark protects free preview creations before purchase. After you buy credits, you can unlock watermark-free images and continue creating.
What happens after I use my 5 free creations?
After the 5 free watermarked creations are used, the Create Magic button locks. To continue, buy a credit pack.
What are credits?
Credits are what you buy and use on FantasyCape. Image credits are used for image creation, unlocking watermark-free images, and 4K upgrades. Video credits are used to animate saved images into videos.
What are image credits?
Image credits are used to create new images, unlock watermark-free images, and upgrade eligible images from 2K to 4K.
What are video credits?
Video credits are used to animate a saved image into a short AI video inside My Creations.
Do I need to buy credits before creating?
You can start with up to 5 free watermarked image creations. After that, you need credits to unlock watermark-free images and continue creating.
Where can I buy credits?
You can buy credits from the Credits page, Magic Studio pages, or My Creations.
What happens after I buy credits?
After checkout, your credits are added to your FantasyCape wallet using the email address used at checkout. You can then unlock watermark-free images, continue creating, and manage your creations in My Creations.
What is My Creations?
My Creations is your personal gallery and dashboard. It is where you view saved images and videos, check your credits, download files, share creations, upgrade images to 4K, animate images, and create more like this.
How do I access My Creations?
Use the My Creations link sent after purchase, or visit the My Creations page from the website. For security, access is connected to the email used at checkout.
Can I use FantasyCape without an account?
Yes. You do not need to create a traditional account. Access is handled through your checkout email and secure My Creations link.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a clear, bright photo where the face or main subject is visible. Front-facing photos usually work best. Avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered, or far-away photos.
Can I upload more than one photo?
Some Magic Studios need one photo. Other Magic Studios may ask for more, such as couple, family, group, pet, or multiple-subject photo slots. Follow the instructions shown on each Studio page.
Will the final creation look exactly like the uploaded person?
FantasyCape uses AI to preserve resemblance while creating a magical transformation. Results can vary depending on photo quality, lighting, pose, and the selected Magic Studio.
Is FantasyCape powered by AI?
Yes. FantasyCape uses AI to transform your photos into magical images and videos. The Studios, prompts, creative direction, and customer experience are curated by FantasyCape.
What image quality do I receive?
Free creations are watermarked. Paid image creations are delivered as clean, watermark-free images in 2K quality. Eligible images can also be upgraded to 4K using image credits.
What is 4K upgrade?
4K upgrade enhances an eligible saved image into a higher-resolution version. It is useful for sharper downloads, larger personal prints, gifts, and framing.
Does 4K upgrade cost credits?
Yes. A 4K upgrade uses image credits.
Can I animate my images?
Yes. Video animation is available after purchasing video credits. In My Creations, you can select a saved image and use video credits to turn it into a short 5-second AI video”
Can I create videos during the free preview stage?
No. Video generation is only available after purchasing video credits.
How long does video generation take?
Video generation usually takes longer than image generation. It may take a few minutes depending on processing time and system demand.
Can I download my creations?
Yes. You can download your saved images and videos from My Creations. Watermark-free downloads are available after purchasing credits.
Can I download everything at once?
Yes. My Creations supports ZIP downloads for eligible saved images, including available 2K and 4K versions.
How long are my downloads available?
Downloads are available for 30 days. This includes saved creations, ZIP downloads, and share files.
Can I share my creations?
Yes. My Creations includes sharing tools for images and videos. Sharing behavior may depend on your browser and device.
Are final creations watermark-free?
Yes. Paid creations are delivered as clean, watermark-free files. Free creations are watermarked.
Can I print the final images?
Yes. Watermark-free image downloads can be used for personal printing, gifting, framing, and sharing.
Can I use the images commercially?
FantasyCape creations are intended for personal use, such as printing, gifting, sharing, and keepsakes. For commercial use, contact FantasyCape first.
Can I create more versions?
Yes. After purchasing credits, you can use your image credit balance to create more versions from a Magic Studio.
Can I create more in the same style?
Yes. In My Creations, use “Create More Like This” to return to the matching Magic Studio and create more in a similar style.
What happens if generation fails?
If a technical issue prevents your creation from being completed, the credit should not be deducted. Please try again, and contact FantasyCape if the issue continues.
Can I request manual edits?
FantasyCape is designed around AI-generated transformations rather than manual editing. If you want a different look, expression, pose, or style, you can create another version using credits.
Can I get a refund?
Because FantasyCape creates custom digital creations, completed orders are generally non-refundable unless there is an unresolved technical failure.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Uploaded photos are used only to generate your creations. Source photos are deleted after 24 hours. FantasyCape does not sell your photos or use them for unrelated purposes.
How long do you keep uploaded photos?
Source photos are deleted from our servers after 24 hours. Finished creations remain available in My Creations for 30 days from creation.
Are my finished creations stored?
Yes. Finished images and videos are saved in My Creations so you can view, download, upgrade, animate, or share them during the available download period.
Can I use FantasyCape on my phone?
Yes. FantasyCape works on mobile, tablet, and desktop. For the best experience, use a modern browser and a strong internet connection.
What if I use a different device?
Use your My Creations access link or the email used at checkout. For privacy and security, a new device may need email verification before showing your creations.
What if I run out of credits?
You can buy more image credits or video credits anytime from the Credits page, Magic Studio pages, or My Creations.

No. Image credits are for image creation, watermark-free image access, and 4K upgrades. Video credits are for animating saved images into videos.

If a technical issue affects your credits or prevents a creation from completing, we may restore the missing credits or add replacement credits to your account.
Can I receive credits instead of a refund?
In some cases, yes. If there is a technical issue, we may offer replacement credits so you can create again without losing value. Completed custom digital creations are generally non-refundable unless there is an unresolved technical failure.
