Refund Policy
At Fantasy Cape, each order is a custom digital product created using AI based on the image you upload and the product style you choose.
Because AI-generated artwork is creative and not 100% controllable, we cannot guarantee that every result will perfectly match your exact expectations, imagination, or preferred style. We always do our best to create magical, high-quality results, but small differences, artistic variations, or unexpected AI details may happen.
Free previews before checkout
To help you decide before purchasing, Fantasy Cape allows you to generate free watermarked previews before checkout. These previews give you a chance to see the style and direction of the artwork before unlocking your magic pack.
After checkout
Once your order is completed and your watermark-free digital images or extra generations are unlocked, the order is generally non-refundable because the product is custom-made and digital.
When refunds may be offered
Refunds may only be considered if there is a technical issue that prevents us from delivering your purchased product, such as:
- The generation system fails and no final image can be created.
- Your paid magic pack cannot be accessed.
- Your watermark-free image cannot be delivered.
- A technical error uses your paid generation without producing a result.
If a technical failure happens, we will first try to fix the issue or provide a replacement generation. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund.
When refunds are not offered
Refunds are not offered for:
- Not liking the artistic style after successful generation.
- Expecting an exact resemblance or exact pose.
- Uploading a low-quality, blurry, dark, cropped, or unsuitable photo.
- Changing your mind after checkout.
- Using your included generations and not liking the creative variations.
- Differences caused by the natural unpredictability of AI-generated artwork.
Failed generations
If a generation fails because of a technical issue, it will not count against your available generations.
