Welcome to Fantasy Cape. By using our website, uploading images, generating previews, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our service

Fantasy Cape provides custom AI-generated digital artwork. Customers can upload photos, generate watermarked previews, and purchase digital magic packs that include watermark-free images and additional generations.

Our products are digital and custom-made based on the uploaded image and selected product style.

2. AI-generated results

Fantasy Cape uses AI technology to create artwork. AI results are creative and may vary from preview to preview.

We do our best to create high-quality magical artwork, but we cannot guarantee exact resemblance, exact pose, exact expression, exact outfit, exact background, or a perfect match to your expectations.

By using the service, you understand that AI-generated artwork may include artistic variations or unexpected details.

3. Uploading photos

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

  • You own the image or have permission to use it.
  • If the photo includes a child, you are the parent, guardian, or have permission from the parent or guardian.
  • The uploaded image does not violate anyone’s rights.
  • The image is not illegal, harmful, abusive, explicit, or inappropriate.

We may refuse or remove uploads that we believe are unsuitable for the service.

4. Free previews

Fantasy Cape may allow free watermarked previews before checkout.

Free previews are provided so you can review the general style and direction before purchasing. Free previews are watermarked and are not intended for final use.

The number of free previews may be limited.

5. Paid magic packs

After checkout, your magic pack may include:

  • Watermark-free final images.
  • 4K high-quality digital downloads.
  • Extra AI generations, depending on the product purchased.
  • Access to your generated artwork for a limited period.

Exact product details may vary depending on the product page.

6. Downloads and access

You are responsible for downloading and saving your final images.

Uploaded photos and generated images are deleted from our systems after 30 days. After this period, your files may no longer be recoverable.

7. Refunds

Because our products are custom digital goods, completed orders are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered when a technical issue prevents delivery of the purchased product and we cannot fix the issue or provide a replacement generation.

Refunds are not offered because of personal taste, style preference, expected resemblance, change of mind, or unsuitable uploaded photos.

8. Failed generations

If a generation fails because of a technical issue, it will not count against your available generations.

9. Personal use

Fantasy Cape artwork is intended for personal use, such as downloading, sharing with family, gifting, or personal printing.

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the artwork unless we give written permission.

10. Prohibited use

You may not use Fantasy Cape to create, upload, or request content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or threatening.
  • Explicit or sexual, especially involving minors.
  • Designed to impersonate, mislead, or defame someone.
  • Infringing on another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
  • Otherwise inappropriate for a family-focused service.

We may block, cancel, or refuse any request that violates these rules.

11. Privacy

Your uploaded photos and generated images are private and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We do not use your uploads or generations for public marketing, galleries, ads, or social media unless you give us clear permission.

12. Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. We do not directly store full payment card details.

13. Service availability

We try to keep Fantasy Cape available and working smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime, technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions may happen.

14. Changes to our service

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including pricing, preview limits, generation limits, product features, and delivery methods.

15. Limitation of liability

Fantasy Cape is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
