Welcome to FantasyCape. By using our website, uploading photos, creating free generations, buying credits, or downloading creations, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Our service
FantasyCape provides custom AI-generated digital creations. Customers can choose a Studio, upload photos, create free watermarked images, buy credits, unlock watermark-free downloads, upgrade eligible images to 4K, animate saved images, and manage creations in My Creations.
FantasyCape creations are digital and custom-made based on the uploaded photo, selected Studio, and available AI generation options.
2. AI-generated results
FantasyCape uses AI technology to transform photos into images and videos. AI results are creative and can vary from generation to generation.
We do our best to create high-quality results, but we cannot guarantee exact resemblance, exact pose, exact expression, exact outfit, exact background, or a perfect match to your expectations.
By using the service, you understand that AI-generated creations may include artistic variations or unexpected details.
3. Uploading photos
By uploading a photo, you confirm that:
- You own the image or have permission to use it.
- If the photo includes a minor, you are the parent, guardian, or have permission from the parent or guardian.
- The uploaded image does not violate anyone’s rights.
- The image is not illegal, harmful, abusive, explicit, or inappropriate.
We may refuse or remove uploads that we believe are unsuitable for the service.
4. Free watermarked generations
FantasyCape may allow users to create up to 5 free watermarked images before buying credits.
Free generations are provided so you can try the result before buying. Free creations include a watermark and are not intended for final use.
Free generation limits may change at any time.
5. Credits
FantasyCape uses credits for paid creation features.
Image credits may be used to create images, unlock watermark-free downloads, and upgrade eligible images from 2K to 4K.
Video credits may be used to animate saved images into short AI videos.
Image credits and video credits are separate and cannot always be used interchangeably.
6. My Creations
My Creations is your personal gallery and dashboard. It is where you can view saved images and videos, check credits, download files, share creations, upgrade images to 4K, animate images, and create more like this.
Access to My Creations is connected to the email address used at checkout or the secure access link provided by FantasyCape.
You are responsible for downloading and saving your creations during the available download period.
7. Downloads and access
Free creations are watermarked.
Paid creations are delivered as watermark-free digital files. Paid image creations are usually delivered as 2K downloads, and eligible images can be upgraded to 4K using image credits.
Finished creations remain available in My Creations for 30 days from creation. After this period, files may no longer be recoverable.
Uploaded source photos are deleted from our servers after 24 hours.
8. Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. We do not directly store full payment card details.
After checkout, credits are added to your FantasyCape wallet using the email address used at checkout.
9. Refunds
Because FantasyCape creates custom digital creations, completed orders are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered if an unresolved technical failure prevents delivery of the purchased service and we cannot fix the issue or provide replacement credits.
Refunds are not offered because of personal taste, style preference, expected resemblance, change of mind, or unsuitable uploaded photos.

10. Failed generations and credits
If a technical issue prevents a creation from completing, the credit should not be deducted.
If a technical issue affects your credits or prevents a creation from completing, we may restore the missing credits or add replacement credits to your account.
11. Personal use
FantasyCape creations are intended for personal use, including downloading, sharing, gifting, framing, keepsakes, and personal printing.
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit FantasyCape creations unless we give written permission.
For commercial use, contact FantasyCape first.
12. Prohibited use
You may not use FantasyCape to create, upload, or request content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or threatening.
- Explicit or sexual, especially involving minors.
- Designed to impersonate, mislead, harass, or defame someone.
- Infringing on another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Otherwise inappropriate for the service.
We may block, cancel, remove, or refuse any request that violates these rules.
13. Privacy
Uploaded photos and generated creations are private and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not use your uploads or creations for public marketing, galleries, ads, social media, or website examples unless you give us clear permission.
14. Service availability
We try to keep FantasyCape available and working smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary downtime, technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions may happen.
15. Changes to our service
We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including pricing, credit amounts, free generation limits, Studio options, product features, delivery methods, and download availability.
16. Limitation of liability
FantasyCape is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FantasyCape is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
