Uploaded photos and generated creations

Uploaded photos and generated creations are private. They are used only to provide the FantasyCape service, including creating previews, generating finished images or videos, delivering downloads, managing My Creations, and helping resolve technical issues.

We do not sell your uploaded photos, generated images, or generated videos.

We do not use your uploaded photos or generated creations for public marketing, advertising, social media, or website galleries unless you give us clear permission.

How long we keep uploads and creations

Uploaded source photos are deleted from our servers after 24 hours.

Finished creations remain available in My Creations for 30 days from creation. This includes saved images, videos, ZIP downloads, and share files.

After the download period, finished creations may no longer be recoverable, so please download and save your files.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Create AI-generated previews and finished creations.
  • Process orders and payments.
  • Add and manage credits.
  • Deliver downloads and My Creations access.
  • Provide customer support.

Payment information

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. We do not directly store your full payment card details.

Photos of minors

FantasyCape may be used by parents or guardians to create images or videos involving minors.

If you upload a photo of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or have permission to use the image.
